Funeral for Herman D. Cooke,89, of 5009 Locke, will be at 10am. Monday at St. Andrew's Cathlic church with burial in Mount Olivet cemetery. Rosary will be recited at
7pm. Sunday at Robertson Mueller Harper Chapel. He died friday at a Fort Worth hospital. Cooke was born in New York
Son of Delos Cooke and Sarah T. Barber and lived in Fort Worth for 45 years. he was a retired insurance agent and past president of the Leukemia Association. He was
a former member of the knights of columbus. Survivors include his wife,Holly Hornbuckle Cooke of Fort Worth; six sons,Herman D. Cooke Jr. of San Bernadino,Calif.,Leo
Cooke and Roland Cooke, both of Fort Worth, Bernard Cooke of Boyd, Gene Cooke of Tacoma,Wash., and James Michael Cooke of Tulsa Okla; a daughter,Ann Marie
Carminati of Fort Worth; 22 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
