Services Tuesday for Mrs. Keen
Services will be from the LaMoille Congregational Communitl Church Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. for Evelyn M. (Mrs. Walter) Keen, 68, 305 Westwood Dr.,who died Fri. afternoon at Marshalltown Area Community Hospital. The Rev. Greg McLaughlin, pastor, will officiate, and burial will be in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Keen had been admitted to the hospital on Thursday.
She was born Evelyn Mayo, May 23, 1913, in LaMoille, the daughter of William and Emma Hennis Mayo.
She recieved her education in the area of her birth and was graduated from Iowa State Teachers College, U. of N.Iowa and taught school near LaMoille.
On Oct. 4, 1936, near LaMoille, she was narried to Walter Keen, and they farmed west of LaMoille until retiring to Marshalltown in 1970.
She was a member of the LaMoille Congregational Connunity Church, the Women's Fellowship of the church, the Women's Club and bad served on the LaMoille School Board.
