She was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church and Senior Citizens of Savannah.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Inez Carter Jackson and Mrs. Ima Carter Terrell, both of Savannah; a son, Lonnie E. Carter of Tybee Island, two sisters, Mrs Clyde Dickerson of Meldrim and Mrs. Estelle Stokes of Garden City; two brothers, Malcolm Sapp of Savannah and Hubert Sapp of Meldrim; four grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am Friday at First Free Will Baptist Church, with burial in Elkens Cemetery. Fox and Weeks Funeral Home is in charge.
