EMBDEN - Madalene "Sis" Bragg, 91, passed away peacefully Saturday, Nov. 13, 2010, at her home at Embden Pond. She was born June 12, 1919, in Solon to Alton and Alfreda Adams. She graduated from Madison High School with the class of 1937 and from Gates Business College in 1939. On April 14, 1940, she was married to Elmer C. "Bus" Bragg. Madalene worked several years in the offices at the Madison Paper Mill retiring in 1965 when she and Bus moved to Embden.

She was predeceased by her husband Elmer "Bus" Bragg and a sister, Carol Hurd.

She is survived by her daughters: Corilee B. "Jo" Demers and her husband, Jean, of Carmel, Kim A. Hebert and husband, Kerry, of Embden, a son, Kris M. Bragg, and fiancee Angela Norcia of Sidney; six grandchildren: Jeff and Jay Demers, Kylee and Kara Hebert, Dylan and Dakota Bragg, six great-grandchildren, a brother, Colby Seams of Anson, a brother in law, Duane Hurd of Port St. Lucie, Fla., and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at Forest Hill Cemetery in Madison. (Morning Sentinel 11/15/2010)
