Born c.1718, Mary Price, the 48-year-old wife of Benjamin Price, died nearly a decade before the start of the American Revolutionary War. Her brown sandstone stele, created in the Elizabethtown workshop of master carver Ebenezer Price, bears the signature of Price's talented apprentice, David Jeffries.
