Olga Jorgensen, 73, Fergus Falls MN died Wednesday, June 3 ,1987 at Pelican Lake Care Center in Ashby. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 6, at the nursing home with Rev Merle Fagerberg officiating. Burial will be in Knollwood Memorial Gardens Fergus Falls MN
Mrs Jorgensen was born March 18, 1914 in Tumuli Township, the daughter of Paul and Anna (Ronning) Udseth. She attended Sarpsborg Lutheran Church and Parkdale School Dalton MN
On October 24, 1936 she and Nels L Jorgensen were married. They farmed west of Fergus Falls until 1955 when they moved to Los Angeles. Her husband died April 26, 1967 and she returned to the Fergus Falls area.
Survivors include three sons, Jerry Jorgensen of Los Angeles,
Raymond Jorgensen of Midland. Texas and Neil Jorgensen of High Amana Iowa; seven grandchildren 8 great grandchildren. Olga had two sisters, Mable Bacon of Depot Bay, and Agnes Meyers of Garden Grove CA; and two half sisters, Astrid & Julia Jensen of Ashby MN, and two brothers Frederick Udseth of Fergus Falls, MN and Arther Udseth of Los Angeles CA.
Visitation will be from noon to 9 p.m. Friday, June 5 at Glende Johnson Nelson Funeral Home and at the nursing home one hour prior to services Saturday. Memorials are preferred to the Pelican Lake Care Center.
