Born in Williamsburg County on June 9, 1914, she was a daughter of the late Timothy Clarence Flowers and the late Letha McClam Flowers.
She was a long-time member of Lake City United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Boyd was the widow of the late H. Waymon Boyd and surviving family include her sister, Margie Lawrimore, of Hemingway; and many nieces and nephews.
Burial: Kingstree Memorial Gardens.
