Mrs. Cynthia Merriwether died at Mooresville Monday, 14th inst., at 11 a.m. of cancer of the stomach, aged 67 years. She was the mother of Isaac Merriweather and the wife of John Merriwether, who died about two years ago. She will be buried at Mooresville Wednesday at 10 a.m. She was born and lived all her life at that place.
