Mrs. Sidney P. Watson died at the family residence, Wednesday, March 2, 1921, after a lingering illness of over a year, aged 48 years. Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at St. Paul's Episcopal church.

Funeral services were being held at St. Paul's Episcopal church this afternoon for Mrs. Louise Allen Watson who died at the family home early Wednesday morning. Burial was to be made in Oak Ridge cemetery following the services at the church.

Mrs. Louise Allen Watson was the wife of Sidney Watson and daughter of the late Judge William J. Allen, for thirteen years judge of the United States district court for the southern district of Illinois. Death was caused by pernicious anemia, from which she had been a sufferer for a long time. For several months she was in St. John's hospital but improved sufficiently to return to her home. A few weeks ago Mrs. Watson went to Chicago and while there visited her son, William Allen Watson, who is at the Great Lakes Naval Training station. She returned home ten days ago feeling worse and suffered a relapse.

Mrs. Watson is survived by her husband, one son, William Allen Watson, and two daughters, Sidney Louise and Roxanna, and by one sister, Miss Miriam Allen, who is residing n Washington, D. C. Miss Allen arrived in the city Wednesday night stopping at Chicago, where she was joined by William Allen Watson, her nephew.
