Odelia Cole of South Boston died Wednesday, September 8 in Halifax Regional Hospital. She was 95 years of age at the time of her death. Miss Cole was born in Person County, NC on February 21, 1898, the daughter of William Cole and Phyllis Holloway Cole. She was a member of Prospect Hill Baptist Church. Survivors include one daughter, Reathie Woody; one son, Timothy Cole; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends. Services: Berry hill Baptist Church with Rev. Willie N. Yancey conducting the service. Burial in Prospect Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Woodsdale, NC.
