Though this stone says he was born in 1852, I can't find any Peter Kivett born that year. The only one I find is this one born in 1846 to Daniel and Dolly Kivett. Peter was 4 years old in the 1850 census; 14 in 1860; and 24 in 1870. He was single, at home with his parents in all three decades. His marriage to Frances in 1873, and the birth of his only known child, fit the family data I gathered. I don't find him in 1880 or any later census.
