Olive was born in Cheshire, England to Thomas and Francis Dawson. She came to the U.S. in 1963. Olive married Wayne Welbourn in San Pablo, CA in 1987; they moved to Gold Beach that same year. She enjoyed traveling and gaming.
Survivors include her husband, Wayne of Gold Beach, daughter, Jill of England, and son, Graham of England. She was preceded in death by her siblings.
