Preceded in death by her husband; Oscar E. Bell, Jr., parents; Mr. & Mrs. A.R. Havens, sister; Annie Ruth Reed
Survivors include her daughter: Cecilia Anne Johnson of Biloxi, MS, son; Lee R. Davenport of Vancleave, MS, twin sister Betty Roberts of Biloxi, MS, 2 sisters; Jean Lavelle Ryan of St. Martin, and Billie Dee Cox of Ruffin, NC, 10 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild
Visitation 6-8pm, Thursday, May 8, 2003, Howard Ave. Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe. Funeral service 9:45am, Friday, May 9, 2003 at Howard Ave. Chapel. Burial; Biloxi National Cemetery.
