Death of Mary Green Wilson
The earthly remains of Mrs. Mary Green Wilson passed through Conway Thursday on the way to Union Methodist Church near Toddville, where the interment took place on the afternoon of that day. Mrs. Wilson departed this life at Calahan, Fla at the age of eighty four years. The remains were accompanied here by Plowden A. Wilson and were met here by other relatives.
She was a daughter of the late Richard Green and was the widow of the late John Wilson. She is survived by her son Plowden A. Wilson of Calahan, Fla. another son R. G. Wilson of Conway and one daughter Mrs. J. Hartford Baker of Cool Springs SC. Another daughter Mrs. H. C. Tallevast of Andrews SC preceded by her mother to grave by about two years.
She began married life early with her husband and at the old homestead near Pot Bluff. There the family was reared only to be scattered to various section of the country later. At the time of her death she was residing with her son at Calahan Fla, Mr. H. C. Tallevast of Andrews and the members of the family of Mr. J. Hartford Baker of Cool Springs attended the funeral services conducted by Rev. W. A. Youngblood.
