COOKEVILLE -- Funeral services for Henriella Randolph, 91, of Cookeville, will be held Friday, Aug. 21, at 1 p.m. from the Cookeville chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Algood Cemetery.

Family will receive friends Thursday, Aug. 20, from 5-8 p.m. and Friday, Aug. 21, from noon until time of services at the funeral home.

Mrs. Randolph died Monday, Aug. 17, 2009, at North Park Hospital in Hixson.

Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Randolph died Monday August 17, 2009 at Memorial North Park Hospital in Hixson, TN.

She was born September 11, 1917 in Jackson County, TN to the late Columbus Henry and Dollie Quarles Phillips.

Mrs. Randoph was a lifelong active member of Mount Union United Methodist Church.

She was retired from Wilson Sporting Goods. Following retirement, she supported the Red Cross by volunteering her time and regularly donating blood.

Mrs. Randolph is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jack and Judy McCormick of Soddy Daisy, TN; three grandchildren, Jennifer (David) Webster, Clifton (Tracy) McCormick and Sara McCormick; three great-grandchildren, Joseph Merriman, William Webster and Andrew Webster; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands, Jessie Arnold McCormick and James Luther Randolph; two brothers, Ray Phillips and Roy Phillips; two sisters, Anice Jaquess and Lula Rector; and nine half-brothers.

Pallbearers will be friends and family.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Mount Union United Methodist Church %Earl Jaquess 301 Dry Valley Road Cookeville, TN 38506 or Lazarus House Hospice 851 South Willow Avenue Suite 102 Cookeville, TN 38501.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 5 - 8pm and again Friday from 12 noon until service time at the funeral home.
