Jonesville, SC - Mae Storey Ward died Wednesday, Oct. 5, 1983 in Wallace Thomson Hospital in Union, SC. Widow of James W. Ward and native of Spartanburg County, SC. Daughter of the late James S. and Margaret Carroll Storey and member of the Pacolet United Methodist Church. Daughter of the American Revolution and United Daughters of the Confederacy. Survivors included: three daughters; five sons; 21 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. She was 85 years of age at demise and interment was in the Pacolet Methodist Cemetery .
