His older brother Charles moved to Los Angeles County, California around 1920, and Frank soon after moved to California. According to San Diego and San Francisco Directories, Frank was in the restaurant business where he either was a "waiter," or worked at the bar.
It is unknown if Frank married. According to his death certificate it states that he was "divorced," and according to the 1930 US Census, Frank states we was a "widower." However, a spouse has not been found on any record as of yet. Frank died on 9 March 1963 in the Napa State Hospital due to psychotic reactions associated with alcohol intoxication. He also died from "Mucoid Carcinoma of Lung with Pulmonary Fibrosis and Small Cystic Emphysema."
