Marie DeMuth Fulkerson, 108, St. Joseph, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2009, at her home.
Mrs. Fulkerson was born Nov. 17, 1900, the daughter of Oliver and Sophia DeMuth.
She married Lyman Fulkerson in 1932. He preceded her in death in 1973.
Mrs. Fulkerson and her husband were owners and operators of the DeMuth Supply Company until 1972.
She was a Past Matron of Areme Chapter of Eastern Star, Past Regent of the Daughters of the American Revolution, and a member of Beauceant Chapter Auxiliary.
Mrs. Fulkerson was also a past president of the Pony Express Chapter Questers, a member of the Auxiliary of Moila Shrine, and of Francis Street First United Methodist Church.
Survivors: nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
Graveside Service and Interment: 1 p.m. Thursday, Memorial Park Cemetery, St. Joseph. There is no scheduled visitation for Mrs. Fulkerson, but a register book is available for those wishing to express their condolences at Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory, St. Joseph.
