He was owner and operator of Cook's Garage and a World War II Army veteran. Mr. Cook was a member of Glenwood Heights Baptist Church.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Pauline Ray Cook; daughters, Mrs. Rachel Helms and Mrs. Janice Moore of Lancaster; sons, Dennis Cook of Loris and Harold L. and Ricky Cook of Lancaster; sisters, Mrs. Belle Graham and Princess Rabon of Lancaster and Edna Gore of Galivants Ferry; brothers, Roy Cook of Anyor and Walter and Clyde Cook of Galivants Ferry; and grandchildren.
Services will be held at 3 p. m. today at Glenwood Heights Baptist Church, with burial in Lancaster Memorial Park.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
