February 25, 2009 Hazel "Elaine" Loden, 63, of Plymouth, Mich., died Feb. 19, 2009, at St. Joseph Hospital in Michigan. She was a former resident of both Obion and Lake counties. A memorial service to celebrate her life is planned for Thursday at 2 p.m. at Samburg Assembly of God. The Rev. George E. Hutchison will officiate and burial will follow in Cobb's Chapel Cemetery in Hornbeak. The family requests that memorials be made to Abundant Life Church of God, 2100 Hannan Road, Canton, MI 48188. She was born March 6, 1945, in Samburg, daughter of the late John Thomas and Lucille (Kirby) Haynes. She was retired from Fisher Body Co. in Michigan and was a member of Abundant Life Church of God in Canton. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Tony and Suzie Loden of Livonia, Mich.; her grandchildren, Tony Loden Jr. and Jessie Loden, both of Livonia; her great-granddaughter, Riley Anne Loden of Michigan; three sisters, Carol Gooch and Dottie Downing, both of Tiptonville, and Debbie Arrwood of Plymouth; her brother, Lanny Haynes of Tiptonville; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her sister, Jonnie Sue King.
