Sheila was born to Herman S. and Winnie Mae (Headspeth) Dickson on July 22, 1951 in Dallas, Texas. She grew up in Garland and graduated from Garland High School in 1969. She then attended Amber College and received her degree in Accounting. On February 27, 1970 she married Danny Zaidle and they made their home in Garland-Mesquite before moving to Ennis in 1981.
She was employed at Humphrey's and Partners Architects for ten years as the Office Comptroller. Before that, she worked for HKS for fifteen years in accounting. She was a member of Baylor Baptist Church, SPJST and Eastern Star of Ennis.
She is survived by her husband, Danny L. Zaidle of Ennis; one son, Danny Zaidle, Jr. and his wife, Anna of Junction City, KS; one daughter, Angela Zaidle of Dallas; five grandchildren; one brother, Michael Glen Dickson of Garland and one half-brother, Richard Edgar of North Carolina.
