Edith Loeb deKeyzer, 86, of Wilson died Saturday. Graveside services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in Maplewood Cemetery conducted by the Rev. Tom Watkins.
The family will receive friends following the service and at other time at 1109 Laurel Lane.
She retired as a Registered Nurse from Wilson Medical Center where she served as director of in-service education. She was also a loving mother and grandmother.
She is survived by two sons, Brian deKeyzer of Wilson and A.J. deKeyzer III of Marietta, Ga.; a granddaughter, Bess deKeyzer of Marietta, Ga.; and four grandsons, Scott deKeyzer of Raleigh, Ben deKeyzer of Wilson, Adrian J. deKeyzer IV of Boone and William deKeyzer of Marietta, Ga.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Adrian John "Johnny" deKeyzer Jr.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be directed to First Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 3184, Wilson, NC 27894. Arrangements are by Joyner's Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.
