MRS. HAZEL THOMASON

Mrs. Hazel Thomason, wife of Lloyd Thomason, died at the hospital in Minneapolis, Minn., on Feb. 20, 1922, after an illness of fourteen days. The remains were brought to Lacona on Wednesday morning and taken to the home of her husband's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Thomason, who live about four miles southwest of town.

Deceased was 30 years of age. Her immediate family consists of her husband and five small children, who are bereft of a loving wife and mother.

During her early married life she lived on a farm near Oakley, where she was well and favorably known, afterwards moving to Chariton, Iowa and then to Minneapolis, where her death occurred.

Funeral services were held Thursday morning at 11 o'clock at the Thomason home, conducted by Rev. F. W. Lister of the Lacona M. E. church. The body was laid to rest in the Arnold cemetery by the side of her little son, who preceded her, and which had been her request. The deepest sympathy is extended to the bereaved ones.
