Thelma "Ted" Hoover Norden-
Mrs. Thelma Hoover Norden, 29 years of age, wife of Graham M Norden,Sr., and formerly of Little Lot, TN, died at the family home in Nashville, TN on Wednesday, January 22, 1936 following brief illness.

Funeral services were at the home at 615 Fatherland Street in Nashville on Thursday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock conducted by Clyde Shacklett, minister of the Church of Christ. Burial was at Woodlawn Cemetery. Pallbearers were: Starnes Barton, Eugene Cannon, Tommie Porter, Tate Franks, Joe Adams and Clay Smith.

Surviving are her husband, Graham M. Norden, Sr.; daughter Norma Jean , age 4 years; her parents Mr. and Mrs. Robert Able Hoover of Nashville; sisters Miss Robbie Hoover of Nashville and Mrs. Roy H. Anderson (Clara) of Little Lot, TN; brothers Sam Raymond and William Baker Hoover both of Nashville. She had several other relatives in Hickman County, TN.

Mrs. Norden was born in DeSoto, Dallas, County, Texas, in which state her mother was born and reared. Coming with her parents to Hickman County, TN during young childhood, she lived at Little Lot. The family moved to Nashville about 1926. She was a member of the Church of Christ, and a young woman whose life was dedicated to high ideals. Many friends in Hickman and Maury counties join those in her home city of Nashville and elsewhere in sorrow as her passing from this life.
