Ivalene Clay was born January 11, 1930 in Keota, Oklahoma, the daughter of William Thomas and Grace Copeman McClary. Ivalene passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2009 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was 79 years of age.

Ivalene married Alvin Warren Clay on June 7, 1980 at Stonebluff Baptist Church. They had been married for 15 years at his passing.

Ivalene moved to Stone Bluff in 1959 and resided there for the rest of her life where she was a member of Stonebluff Baptist Church. She very lovingly took care of the cleaning of the church for many, many years.

Ivalene was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Alvin in October of 1995, three brothers: Jimmy, Murl & Ermal; Two sisters: Ruby & Marlene. Son-in-law, Eddie Owens & 2 Great-Grandchildren.

Casketbearers for the service were Boyd Long, Doug Owens, Jeff Owens, Steven Carmichael, Travis Long & Randall Long. Honorary Casketbearers were Jeremy Long, Ronnie Foutch, Dale Westmoreland, Butch Havener & Tim Sullivan. Music for the service provided by the McClary Sisters and pianist, Darlene Oldham.
