Peter's parents, Wilhelm (William) Ehlschide (with various spellings) & Anna Margareth Mueller came from Germany, and settled in Louisville, Kentucky (Schardien area). They are buried in Eastern Cemetery. Peter married Nancy Elizabeth Wilcox and moved to Central City, Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. This is where they raised their 11 children and one grandchild.
I was told that the 2 graves in front of William Henry Ehlschide, belong to Peter & Nancy. Death Vol 034 Cert 16855 Year Vol 1924
