A fatal and terrible accident happened to a little four-year-old daughter of James Gray, of West Albany, on Saturday last, While playing about a threshing machine that had been stopped and the horses nearly all unhitched, for some cause, those remaining, suddenly started and, catching the little girl between one of the sweeps and a plank, actually disemboweled the little one, and she dropped dead under the machine before any one knew she was injured.
