Richard worked for the State of California as a Civil Engineer. He was hit by a train while at work in San Francisco, California and died of multiple traumatic injuries. Richard is survived by his wife of 12 Years, Erika Anna McQuillan and his children, Steven Michael McQuillan and Anna Elizabeth McQuillan.
