Mr. Daniel Carey, 82, died at his home near Rose Hill Thursday evening, April 3. He was a well known and highly esteemed citizen of that section. His funeral was held at Bruner's Chapel conducted by the Rev. W. D. Moore and the pastor, the Rev. C. L. Hargrove. Burial in the chapel cemetery. The surviving relatives are a son, James Carey of Danville, three daughters, Mrs. Maggie Collier of Rose Hill; Mrs. John Taylor, Harrodsburg, and Mrs. James Hamilton, Mackville.
