Missouri death certificate # 23535 one source for this child. My originial source a book by Ozarks Genealogical Society, Greene County Missouri Cemeteries, Hazelwood Cemeteries Vol. XI. Death certificate date has Dec. 30, 1826, age 1yr 6mos 12da. Cause of death was acute phosphorus poisoning from eating fireworks, ruled accidental, pulmonary edema, myocardial degeneration. Ed Thompson of MO and Jazelle Hollway of KS were listed as parents. Ed was the informant. Child died in Springfield Baptist Hospital. Alma Lohmeyer funeral home. Interred in Hazelwood Cemetery July 14, 1928
