Mrs. Walston of Elm City was preceded in death by her husband, Kinchen Walston; parents, John Thomas and Dezell Webb Wallace; five sisters, Sudie Wallace, Lillie Rose, Dora Farmer, Mattie Varnell, and Maggie Varnell; three brothers, J.T. Wallace, Thad Wallace, and Albert Wallace. Surviving are three daughters, Faye Council and husband James, Helen Davis and husband Thomas and Debra Corbett and husband Beamon; four grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Lucy Flowers; many nieces and nephews. She was 89.
