"Grandma" Meyers as she was known to her many friends has been suffering from complication of ailments for almost a year, and all that willing hands and loving care could do was done to relieve her suffering. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother having spent her entire life for the comfort of others, having reared several children, other than her own.
For fifty-five years she was a true and devoted member of the Lutheran Church and remained a steadfast member unto the end. During her illness this was a source of great comfort to her and when the end drew near she was fully prepared to meet her Savior.
