Loretta Tyler
Loretta Cox Tyler 69, of Hemingway, wife of Buford A. "Shot" Tyler, died Sunday, Dec. 28, 2008, at her home.
Funeral services were Wednesday, Dec. 31, in Morris Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Old Johnsonville Cemetery.
Mrs. Tyler was born in Hemingway, a daughter of the late F.C. and Clara Powers Cox. She was a farmer, a member of First Baptist Church and graduate of Hemingway High School.
Surviving are her husband; her children, Algernon (Jerri) Tyler of Charlotte, and Penelope (Chuck) Timbes of Conway; grandchildren, Garrett Tyler, Sarah Ann Tyler, Jackson Tyler, Brittany Timbes, Christopher Mallery, Matt Mallery, Samantha Malkery and Krystie Mallery.
