Mrs. Ward was born April 11, 1917, in Wellston to John and Trivilla (Trantham) Lane.
Survivors include her sons, Jim Ward, Harrah; Jack Ward, Shawnee; four daughters, Sue Chapman, Harrah; Geneale Nowakowski, McLoud; Margie Dodd, Oklahoma City; Sandra Richardson, Shawnee; two brothers, George Lane, Del City; Clinton Lane, Thornton, Colo.; 14 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by husband Floyd, her parents, six brothers and three sisters.
Services were held Monday at First Baptist Church, Harrah. Burial was at Memory Lane Cemetery, Harrah, under the direction of Asa Smith Funeral Service.
