David Adams of Warwick died peacefully in his 103rd Year. He was predeceased by his wife of 67 years, Barbara (Wildenhain) Adams and is survived by a sister Mary Perkins of New Jersey; a son Bill Adams (Marion) of Pittsford, New York; two grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Born in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia to Lorenzo J. and Mabel E. (Cook) Adams he immigrated to The United States in the early twenties and served in The United States Merchant Marine. A Life Member of the Conimicut Volunteer Fire Company, he was in the first group of paid callmen when the Warwick Fire Department became permanent in 1956. He also served as a Constable in the Warwick Police Department.

Living in Warwick until 1972, he moved to East Greenwich and most recently resided at West Bay Manor in Warwick. He was a communicant of St. Luke's Church in East Greenwich for many years. Mr. Adams retired from the workforce in 1970. A life member of Nathanial Green Lodge, David was a 32nd Degree Mason.
