Camp Point, Ill, Sept 29, -- Mrs. Verlinda Farlow died at the home of her son; J.M. Farlow of Camp Point, Thursday of old age. She was between 88 and 91 years of age the exact record of her years having been lost. She was the mother of Samuel and J. Milton Farlow of Camp Point, Jabez of Augusta, George and William of Missouri, and Mrs. D. Holt and Mrs. E. Edmonson of Missouri, besides several children dead. She is one of the pioneers of Adams County. Her husband died many years ago. Interment occurred today at Pleasant View cemetery besides the remains of her husband.
