TERRY "BILLY" NEAL, a resident of Berryville, Arkansas was born March 29, 1959 in Berryville, Arkansas a son of Coy and Mary Helen (Harp) Neal. He departed this life Monday, February 2, 2004 at the age of 44. Mr. Neal was a 1977 graduate of Berryville High School. He was general manager of Latco Construction before he became ill with Lou Gerhig disease which he faught a lengthy and couragious battle against until his death. He is survived by his mother, Helen Neal of the home; three sisters, Mary and her husband Harold McGaha of Clinton, Arkansas, Betty and her husband Argus Grace of Bentonville, Arkansas and Janice and her husband Jerl Smith of Berryville; five brothers, Carroll Neal of Green Forest, Bobby and Beverlyn Neal of Berryville, Johnny Neal of Green Forest, Jerry and his wife Malina of Green Forest and Rick and his wife Tammy Neal of Berryville; sixteen nieces and nephews; eight great nieces and nephews; several other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Coy Neal, his paternal grandparents, Hosea and Mellie Neal and his maternal grandparents, Silas and Myrtle Harp.
