Mrs John Graham died Feb 9th, after a long spell of serious illness. She has suffered considerable since her husband died over a year ago.
She was born in Pennsylvania, December 11, 1843 and was married there, afterward moving to Iowa and Missouri where they lived for 20 years. Twenty-four years ago they came to Star Valley locating in Forest Dell. Mrs Graham was the mother of nine children three of whom still survive. They are William Graham and John Graham and John Graham Jr. of Smoot and Mrs D.E. Gaye of Herman Nebraska.
She was a kind affectionate mother and won the respect of her family as well as her host of acquaintances. Mrs Hayes was here during her mother's sickness and funeral.
She returned a few days ago to her home.
