Son of the late Eusebio & Teodosa Delgado, Wilfredo came from San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, in 1957. A brother to survivors; Abby Delgado, Gloria & brother in law Rick Breeden, Philip & sister in law Logie Delgado, Fred & sister in law Sue Delgado-Pendergast, John & sister in law Betty Delgado, Ramon Delgado and Moises & sister in law Carmen Delgado. A caring father to Wilfredo II & daughter-in-law, Michelle, Patricia & son-in-law, Brian Morales, and Victoria Delgado. Wilfredo had several grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He will be greatly missed.
