He is survived by three sisters, Leverta Stewart, Elizabeth Stewart, both of Tappahannock, and Odell Martin of Richmond.
Viewing was held Friday, June 6, 2008, from 4pm to 7pm at First Union Baptist Church in Rexburg, VA, where funeral service was held Saturday, June 7, 2008, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Leon Hudson officiating. Interment in the church cemetery.
