Singer and Composer. Raúl Shaw Boutier was a Bolivian singer and songwriter of boleros based in Argentina, famous throughout Latin America during the 1950s and part of the 1960s. He joined the famous Mexican Trio Los Panchos from 1950 to 1951, and later joined the group "Los Peregrinos" until he decided to continue his solo career.
