Daughter of Felix Pelletier and Louise Blouin born in Cap Chat-St. Norbert, Gaspe, Quebec, Canada. Married Thomas Berube Nov. 23, 1885 in Burrillville, Providence County, Rhode Island. Mary and Thomas resided in Woonsocket R. I. and primarily in Fitchburg, Ma. and had 5 children plus one adopted daughter. Mary is remembered as having only one arm but living family don't recall what happened to her other one. Mary died in 1933 in Fitchburg.

Survived by two daughters, Mrs. Louis Marin of Leominster and Miss Alice Berube of Fitchburg; an adopted daughter Mrs. Anna Vayo of North Uxbridge; two sons, Luke Berube of Fitchburg and Albert Berube of Pawtucket, R.I. ; 21 grandchildren two brothers, Alfred Pelletier of Canada and two sisters, Mrs. Maltine Lizotte of Woonsocket, R.I. and Mrs. Josephine St. Pierre of Oakland.
