COLORADO CITY ~~ Charlie House, 84, retired farmer of Cisco formerly of Loraine died Friday in the Graham Memorial Hospital of Cisco. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the First Baptist Church of Loraine.
The Reverend A.C. Hardin will officiate. The Reverend Jim Roberts of Loraine will assist.
Burial will follow in the Loraine Cemetery under the direction of Kiker-Rains-Seale Funeral Home.
He was born to Jim and Lucretia Rone House June 17, 1889 in Eastland County, Texas. He married Lucy Hughes in 1912. They moved to Loraine in 1912 and Cisco in 1971.
Survivors include his wife of Cisco; two sons, Carl of Odessa and Boyd of Austin; a sister, Mrs. Ora Porter of Monahans; one brother, W. T. of; three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
