Ludolph Jones, 88, a former Glasgow resident, died Monday, Jan. 14, 2008, at Livingston Manor in Pontiac, Ill. Mr. Jones was the son of the late J.B. and Bessie Jenkins Jones and husband of the late Frances Davis Jones. He was a former employee of Joliet Arsenal and was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
He is survived by a son, Donnie Jones (Penny) of Pontiac, Ill.; a daughter, Lu Ann Blessing (Jim) of South Carolina; three grandchildren, Brian, Debbie and Tammy; and several great-grandchildren.
Burial was the Union No. 1 Cemetery with military honors provided by DAV Chapter 20 of Glasgow.
