World War II Slovakian Patriot. Born in Skalica, Slovakia, he was a student at the Technical University in Bratislava, when in the summer of 1944, he joined the Slovak anti-fascist party resisting Nazis activities. He was commissioned to transmit instructions of illegal political movement in the Orava region and also participated with armed members in the struggle. With his two observations through the occupied territory, he obtained information and took part in partisan fighting with the German secret service. In December 13, 1944, he was arrested at the railway station in Skalici and taken to the Security Headquarters in Bratislava. There after two-day hearing, it became clear that Nespor would not reveal any information. Taken to a basement prison cell, he was brutally tortured and then executed. In 1946, he was posthumously was awarded the Slovak anti-fascist party Radom class and the title of Ing.
