Graveside services were held for Gloria Bell (nee Schtuzman), 73, of Bloomfield April 18 at Beth Israel Cemetery, Woodbridge.
Mrs. Bell passed away April 17 at her home in Bloomfield.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, Mrs. Bell lived in Elizabeth for over 20 years before moving to Bloomfield 49 years ago. She graduated from Kean College, Union, and was a special education teacher in Union County for approximately eight years before retiring to raise her family. Mrs. Bell was a member of Temple Ner Tamid, Bloomfield and the PTA of Bloomfield. She was on the board of directors for the Bloomfield Adult School and the Civil Rights Commission, also of Bloomfield.
Surviving are her husband, Sanford Bell; two daughters, Mindy Krull and husband, David and Jennifer Fishman and husband, Dr. Steven; a son, Mitchel Bell and wife, Dr. Jody Black; and five grandchildren, Marissa Krull, Alexis Bell, Kassidy, Jake and Chase Fishman."
