Verble Moore Scott was born March 27, 1940 in McNairy County, TN the daughter of the late Warner D. and Frances Louvinia Miller Moore.

Mrs. Scott was blessed with many talents and loved doing crafts. She could plumb, roof, work in her yard, sew anything - just by looking at it once, quilt, and paint. Crafts kept her mind and hands busy, she made beautiful windmills out of cans and windchimes out of bottles.

Mrs. Scott departed this life on November 27, 2020 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 80 Years, 8 Months. She is survived by four sisters, Bertha L. Cagle of Lexington, TN, Jean Moore of Stantonville, TN, Barbara Ann Matijka of Adamsville, TN, Christine Henson of Breeze, IL; a brother, Ray Moore of Lexington, TN; five grandchildren, Kimberly Parson and husband John, Hollie Mercer and husband Dale, Hayley Lowrance and husband Travis, Heather Moore, Brian Whitley; seven Great Grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.

In addition to her husband, Everett Gary Scott and parents, Mrs. Scott was preceded in death by a daughter, Ruby D. Scott; a son, Harold D. Moore; a sister, Dorothy Cagle; a brother, Charles Moore.
