Her love for God, she frequently shared with family and friends. She possessed a very strong belief in what she saw as (right and wrong) and did not hesitate to express her opinion to everyone. One of her greatest joys was planning a BIG dinner for family and friends. She deeply loved her family, who enjoyed her dinner and whit. Pearl was blessed to be the matriarch of five generations.
A funeral service was held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 15, 2007, at the Olive Branch Baptist Church, Dinwiddie County, VA.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to the staff of the Joseph M. Johnson & Son Funeral Home, McKenney, VA.
