WILLIAM A MYERS AND MARY ANN COWARD MYERS were married on January 20, 1849 and to them were born 14 children who all lived to maturity, married and reared large families and now, in this generation, there are a host of descendants.

Their children were: Mary E. Myers, Laura Eugenia Myers, Martha W. Myers, Analiza D. Myers, William Tralton Myers, John McDonald Myers, James Edward Myers, Susan Gabrela Myers, Southern A. Myers, Samuel M. Myers, Maxie Davis Myers, Romanta B. Myers, Sr., Lonnie C. Myers and Anna M. Myers.
