"Catharine Davis, an old lady who resided near Clinton Falls, Putnam county, was visiting her grand daughter on Sunday, and while all the family was at church, was burned to death by her clothes taking fire in some unknown way." (The Indianapolis News – 12 Aug 1884 –Page 3)
